About Libling
The concept of Libligs was created, as is often the case in life, by pure chance...
After returning from abroad, we were looking for a place to stay. A place we would return to when tired from our trips abroad. A place we could call home for a few months a year while in Slovakia.
While wandering through the beautiful Štiavnica Mountains, we came across a pink miner's house, bathed in sunlight, nestled among the pine trees at the end of the village.
We fell in love at first sight, not knowing that this moment would seal our cottage-dwelling fate and mark the beginning of the Libling concept.

About us
Casual cottage dwellers, 3/4 travelers, passionate animal and art lovers.
The creators of Libling are us: Maťo and Veronika.
We have been a couple for over 20 years. Our life is full of adventures and thousands of kilometers on the road. We are 3/4-time travellers. We spend most of the year together with our two four-legged furry friends – Bubble and Irena – in different corners of the world, mostly in the warm climate.
Our colourful family has recently welcomed a new addition - son, Elia Gusto. We repair, furnish, remodel, and manage Liblings ourselves. It is our home, our hobby, and also our livelihood, which we build with love and honesty.
