We are Maťo and Veve, three-quarter-time travelers. In the last few years (20+) we have traveled half the world and lived on 3 continents. We have slept in thousands of beds and we know exactly what makes traveling enjoyable and cozy.

When we returned from Australia after years of living abroad, Maťo wanted to spend his summers in Europe. Close to his parents and grandparents. Therefore, we needed our own space. The obvious choice was the Štiavnické vrchy, where we both studied at high school. By buying the Pink cottage, we fell for country living and all its derivates (garden, renovations, neighbourly help, village talk, making brandy, living according to the 4 seasons and all this wearing a quilt and overalls exclusively...)

Although we love life in the village, we spend most of the year on the road. We discover the world, get inspired by new places and people, and then apply these to our Liblings. "We prepare our coffee the Egyptian way, the lamps are from Thailand, the mulberry paintings are from Laos. Masks from Sudan and Honduras protect us from bad luck, mirrors from one grandmother, heavy down duvets from another... We enjoy combining old with new, local with pieces brought from our travels.
